Pulled up because lunch on sunday was advertised figured why not? Waitress said you guys are going to love brunch all home cookin..... well they offered fried chicken or roast beef we went for roast beef it was home cooked half fat on both plates and less than 6 oz on plate including the fat!! Fried frozen okra but IT was the best taste on whole plate mashed pot was homemade but gravy was from powder and too thick! Rolls or cornbread was not asked which i preferred received cornbread that was disgustingly sweet with peppers! Tea was not homemade it was instant!! All of this two plates 25.98!!!! Came home hungry with bad taste in mouth from gravy and for paying way too much for a sunday lunch! If you are going to charge 12 bucks for lunch AT the very least fill the plate so it looks full!

First impression was so so. Staff was great. Salad bar was dismal. Crab fingers were expensive for a small handful. Everyone who ordered fish loved the fish everything else was just ok.

Clean facility, very cozy. The service was great, (thanks Melissa and the Lady bartender). My char-grilled ribeye was cooked to perfection. The fried crab fingers are a must. I could have drunk the cocktail sauce. .. More than enough food for 2 people (even though I dined alone). I will definitely be back.

Great food, great people. Run by a legendary Florida restaurant family (the Butlers of Port St Joe). Fresh Florida seafood prepared with care in the old Florida way. Pork ribeye Outstanding! Stays true to the tradition of the famous Butlers Restaurant. A+++

Food was pretty good, a little too expensive for what you get if you ask me.

Food was good, but not great. We were charged $3 a plate to share with 1 and 2 year olds. Food costs too much to use fake bacon bits and margarine.

Ambiance isn't very good, just ok. The food was just so-so, nothing special. They are in a good location and convenient. We were seated quickly and our waiter was nice. May try again one day, may have just hit a bad night.

The food was not very good at all. My daughter orders a cheeseburger and we had to send it back because it was so burnt. Then the next time they sent it out it was quite raw in the middle and black on the outside. My husband and I decided to share the Captain's Platter because it sounded like a lot of food. It was half a lobster, scallops, oysters, shrimp, stuffed crab, and cod. First off they shouldn't call it a platter because it was nothing but. They brought it out and it was a medium size plate, definitely not a platter. The lobster was very over cooked and so dry, not to mention it isn't the sweet type of lobster either which they probably should have mentioned. The scallops were really delicious along with the cod. We also had the salad bar. That had a nice selection but their lettuce was wet! Most people know that if you have wet lettuce, salad dressing does not stick to it so that was weird. I've never been to a restaurant that served wet lettuce. The server we had was absolutely terrible! She did tell us that she was new and had only been there for two weeks but there was no excuse for how slow she was. She also screwed our tickets up for payment and had to redo them 3x. It was so bad that one of the people in our party had to go up to the front and tell the cashier exactly what each person had cause she couldn't get it right. We got there at 6:30 pm and didn't leave until close to 9:00 pm. Even if we weren't on vacation, we wouldn't eat there again. It just wouldn't be worth it.

Average at best. the food is over priced for the area and nothing special...most of the seafood is standard fare for the area and nothing stood out as better than average. Avoid the scallops at least until they are in season, they were VERY strong and fihsy tasting instead of mild and sweet as bay scallops should be, most likely they have been in the freezer for 7 or 8 months since season closed. The salad bar is weak at best. the service was good, as it should be, but not standout...Those scallops should never have been served. if you have been going to this area for a long time you would remember Butlers seafood on the bay...Ronnie Butler is Ronnie B,,,same owner operator,,,well this is Butlers, recycled with higher prices and minus the view. Skip it.

Had a platter with fried Cod, shrimp, oysters, deviled crab, scallops & a baked potato. The scallops were poorly breaded and if you picked them up the breading fell off. The Cod was probably the most flavorful thing. The shrimp were big & plump. Oysters & deviled crab were eh. Potato was over cooked. The salad bar was good, fresh stuff but nothing more than your typical salad bar. My Mom had the grilled grouper! We all agreed she has the BEST meal. It was flavorful & well cooked. Wait staff was good & friendly. I wouldn't go outta my way to eat there but would eat there again.

Good meal. Good service. Kid friendly. Reasonably priced . Grilled grouper was the best. Fried shrimp was good. Nice salad bar.
